But users must be sure that submitted information is true, accurate, prompt and complete. 1.3 Wuchuan has the right to change and revise, add or delete membership service agreement. <B>2. "Wuchuan business membership" entry service notice</B> 2.1 Company confirmed and embodied by Wuchuan can enjoy the corresponding membership service. You may view the detailed introductions on our website. 2.2 Wuchuan will verify the applying company's validity in two business days once receiving the application. And the application result and membership contents will be sent via email. 2.3 Whereas “Wuchuan business membership” entry service requirements, users must agree that: (1) provide detailed and accurate company and contact information; (2) Willing to accept our regular email news about VOIP trade, product technique update, new product release, product consultation, company promotion etc. (3)When you accept the membership applying agreement, users must not complaint our emails as spam mails. <B>3. Wuchuan's rights and obligations</B> 3.1 Wuchuan ensure that we will not public information about the membership-applying companies because of technical and commercial reasons. 3.2 Wuchuan has the right to judge and delete unhealthy information which will damage national security, eroticism, and improper products and services. In this case, Wuchuan will send you an email for acknowledgements. But the payment will be sequestrated. 3.3 Wuchuan will not send any email to those who have unsubscribed our membership emails. <B>4. User's privacy</B> 4.1 Wuchuan shall reserve membership information. However, Wuchuan will not take any responsibility on the condition that users agree to public the information for products promotion, which includes the following three circumstances: i. the procedure is legal and judicial; ii. It is for executing the membership agreement; iii. Its purpose is to protect Wuchuan or the third party's rights and benefits. 4.2 Wuchuan can contact membership-applying company according to users' application information and our emails may contain Wuchuan products advertisement. <B>5. Information safety of company's account</B> 5.1 Once login "Wuchuan business membership", user may get an email about your application information such as username and password. It is the only credence for user to revise company information and enjoy other service. User may enter "membership managing center" to update relative information, check analysis report, and revise username or password etc. User but not Wuchuan should be responsible for all the loss caused by information leakage in this case. <STRONG>6.
