1. Which of our equipments support signaling and media flow encoded? And how to use it?

1) Our featured products like IAD100T, IAD2020, PH802 support signaling and media flow encoded, which keeps call data from being monitored and interrupted.

2) Encode function needs to be integrated with Qmaster softswitch system. Please refer to advanced config manual for more details.

2. Which of our products support VPN function? What protocols do they support respectively? And how to use this function?

1) Our featured products like IPPBX, IAD100T, IAD2020, PH802 support VPN function. While IPPBX supports both PPTP server and PPTP client. And the other three modes mainly support L2TP protocol.

3. Which of our products support IAX2 protocol?

Our ATA (IAD100T) and IP phone (PH802) support IAX2 protocol, and others just support SIP protocol.
